Not if the school's admin is doing his or her job. Although a proxy can bypass blocking systems at least in theory, the blocking systems can also block proxies, making them useless. Good blocking systems are updated daily so even if you find a proxy that works today it will probably be blocked tomorrow.

there are many of these proxy sites out there. in the URL type in the address you want, you should be able to get there. But if the Admin of the network knows what he is doing then you cant use that method. This is the easiest way.

Proxy Website = Most Proxy Sites are well-known. New Proxy Sites are easily identified && blocked. - Web search will find many. CAREFUL, many are malware traps.
