well..everyday i walk home from school right..and everyday i see this guy..he is always waiting by the side walk by my school..and everyday he talks to me...and i never respond..but today i was walking home and he was there...so i walk pasted him becasue thats the only way i get home..but today he said "I hope i will see you tomorrw becasue i have a BIG suprise"...and then he started to laugh...so i ran home and told my parents..but all they said was..oh just forget about it.....wahhhh..I don't want to die someone help me

That's pretty disturbing that your parents just blew you off like that.
If I was your father I would make it a point to find out where this happens and hang around the area on your next walk home from school. If I saw the guy hanging around, I would take his picture. Then if you are bothered I would talk with the guy and let him know you do not want his attention and to leave you alone, and then report all to the police along with the guy's picture.
Ask your father to reconsider and maybe show him the question you wrote and some of the responses.

If this is a serious post, you have bad parents, end of story. Or you are a drama queen, and your parents are so numbed to your drama, they can't tell the difference between truth and fiction. In this case, your whole post is probably fiction.
If this is serious, and you have bad parents because they don't believe you even if you are not normally a drama queen, then you need to talk to the people at school first, start with the guidance counselor, or any trusted adult.
They should take care of matters for you.

When you get to school tomorrow talk to your teacher and the principal about a stranger hanging out around the school after school closes and keeps approaching you. You may have to also describe him, his behavior, and the area he is waiting for you to the police. He sounds like a pervert and the police may know who he is from your description. At least they should have some one watching the area at the close of school each day for a while.

What a creep! If I were you, I would bring a nice baseball bat with me, you could also pack a few kitchen knives. If all else fails, just give that guy a nice kick in the nuts, and punch him as hard as you can in the bottom of his nose, That ought to take care of him!!!
