Aside from ceremonial dress?
Basically American clothes, although usually w/ sandals instead of shoes. The women have an all-white plain dress w/ embroidery that is kinda worn to church, etc.
In the urban areas, especially among the middle and upper-class, you'd be hard-pressed to see the difference between Mexicans and their American counterparts.

the guyaberra (spelling may be wrong) it's a sweet shirt that mostly guys wear, kind of like an button down but with short sleeves, a tailored bottom, and two pockets in the front by the bottom hem. usually a light linen type fabric. but a girl could probably rock it with a skirt.

LOL ! They wear the same exact thing you and I wear in the USA. Jeans,T-Shirts,skirts,sneakers,etc.
