ok I have this guy friend,I met him at the begining of this school year, and after about two months he told me he liked me, he has a g/f so he didn't exactly ask me out, but I told him I didn't feel the same way and we agreed to be friends and he told me he was over me, but he won't talk to me anymore, it's like he's scared to. is he over me or not?

ok guys its not like I don't want him as a friend and I've tried talking to him but everytime I do he just sort of looks around and won't look me in the eyes. Also I'd like to say that I was nice as I could possibly be when I told him I just wanted to be friends.

Well, my first impression is that he sees this relationship is not going to work for him and so he just wants out. Maybe he is just not interested in being friends with you. Maybe he has a girlfriend who doesn't want him talking to you and that is the fear you see when you talk to him. I would not take it personally and let it go. You were nice in letting him down easy, now continue to be nice and leave him alone.

Well if you don't know the answer then that probably means that you aren't talking to him either. Call him and invite him for a bite to eat and talk it all out. You never know unless you ask :)

I don't think he is, I think that he is still hurt of your response, maybe it took a lot of courage to say that he liked you, he may not talk to you anymore because he hoped you would like him back.
