Nevermind that. Try this instead. Take a flour tortilla and spread out some cocoa powder and a lil' cayenne pepper on it. Then take a frozen hard, rectangular block of French Vanilla ice cream and lay it in the middle of the tortilla. Then wrap it tightly making sure to seal it at both ends and deep fry it until it turns a golden brown. Drain, cool slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with the fresh fruits of your choice and enjoy!
