What does it take to get peoples attention?

i work at a job where they tagged on extra stuff to peoples jobs but no one is doing them except me and another co worker and they are shared between 7 people i tried complaining to the manager nothing works. So i just not gonna do them is that a bad way to do it?

Check your job description. You are not a slave. Do what is humanly possible and no more. They cannot fire you because you aren't doing someone else's work. Document everything so you have proof.
