Yes definetly.
I pose to you a question, you come home your mum and dad and all your siblings are dead, you see a man in the hall holding a gun up at you with their blood on his hands you have a gun do you draw it and pull the trigger?
Also another question
A child sex offender is realeased from jail and re offends, then goes to jail again released with the same result, do you use capital punishment to protect all his future victims?
I am pro capital punishment in out and out clear cut guilty cases (violent/ sex crimes) , as far as i am concerned the fmaily of the victim should have the choice if they want the offender to die, because the offenders death will only bring closure to those he/ she has effected.

Yes, lets say your 5 year old is at school and a drug pusher, lets say a teacher gives him candy lased with crack and does this on propose, every day until the kid is hooked, as a parent what choice do you have, I would say that justification enough for me, to the law of soceity in front of a jury I would stand a good chance, in the law of god it would be justified.

Yes, there are circumstances that do justify such a drastic action. If someone broke into my house with the intent to kill me and/or my family (and if someone breaks into my house when I'm home, they mean to kill me) then I will use deadly force to protect myself. As far as I'd be concerned, they would have committed suicide the moment they entered without my permission. As such, I would feel no guilt.

I think if someone breaks into your house and is attacking your children, then it would be totally justified. Or if someone was attacking you. Killing someone in self defense is keeping the Innocent life from being taken.

Absolutely. You have to think of every possible circumstance. What about the guy that injects the serial murderer with a lethal injection? I think he is justified because he is keeping scum from killing innocent people.

I believe if you kill one person to save the lives of others it is justified.
It would have been prudent to put a bullet into Martin Bryant before he let loose at Port Arthur, as a modern example

I personally don,t think so.I know some times when you are being attacted people say it is but I think even then you can learn how to depend yourself with training and maybe shot in the leggs or break a foot or something long enough to get free and get help.

I think in self defence and in the defence of another person who is under attack. Also, in certain cases of provocation.
The law does allow certain defences, however, these do have to be proved.

Yes, self-defense or defending your family. Absolutely, try to carjack me, or kidnap me, and you will be full of bullets so fast your head will spin.
