I think it means I'll be very picky about what movies I see in the theatre.

I've cut my theatre movie viewing by 75% since prices rose above $7.

Idiotic? Possibly. But there needs to be a limit, and $7 is mine.

I think it is awful, not to mention the prices at the concession stand. I Generally wait until movies hit the DVD market. If you buy them the first week they are under 16$ which is less than two tickets to the theater and then you have them to watch over and over, or trade with friends. However, the occasional dinner and a movie with my Honey is nice too!

i will rarely go for 8 and over. if the studios would quit overpaying actors maybe they wouldn't have to make 200 million a picture. theater makes little from the actual movie.

I think I am glad that I live in a moderately large city. ; )

Can still get in for an evening show for under $7 and often for $5.

So... neener!

its effin sucks, but if you are a AAA member you can usually buy 4 backs for $25 and save a little bit of money
