Did you tell him it was a joke???... if not it's time to hunt him down... don't let to much time go by before you apologize... don;t say that you were just joking... Say your sorry and that you have a big mouth and no brains... poke fun at yourself and I am sure it might make him laugh... maybe conjure up a tear when you see him and tell him you can't stand the thought of him being hurt... hope this helps!!!

People are very fickle. He will not stay mad at you the rest of your life because you said that. Tell him you are sorry for hurting his feelings and try not to be sarcastic when joling with friends as much(some people can't take it)

"half-digested" i'll have to use that on one of my friends. but in response to your question, if you apologize and give him time, he will forgive you. it's not a big deal but it is pretty funny.

well...it depends,if you had said it infront of other people this would harm him very bad and it will be hard to forgive you...But don't worry there is always a way..:)Just say sorry infront of those who you have offended him...This have to work...
And btw if he is your real friend he have to forgive you...And try to explane him how you feel...
