Do not wear tall boots to a wedding it will look very tacky, wear a flat shoe or one with a very little wide heel.

Totally. Wear boots with a slight heel though, even if you are pregnant. If will help keep the outfit dressy and not casual. Boots will make the dress look like winter. Flats or other shoes would look more like summer.

You will look great! With being pregnant make sure you are comfortable.
They make bridal boots for weddings gowns, you can wear boots to a wedding. (Especially in December.)

i went last year to a wedding wearing boots, and i was not the only one. so do what you want.

knee high boots with thick tights in a dark color that match the dress....black would work best.
or, wear the thick tights with some cute flats in a matching color--black tights, black flats.
