This question is not structured very clearly. Is it asking what is actually causing the cell to be unable to produce and secrete glycoproteins? (the answer would be A and C), or is it asking "as a result of not being able to make glycoproteins, what will be deficient? (in which case the answer would be B)? Anyone figure out what it's asking?????
