I'm very shy by nature... but when I find out that a guy likes me, why do i start tofeel more shy around them?

Usually being shy is an indicator of not being confident. When you find out someone is interested in you it naturally makes you feel as though they are observing you (no more hiding in the background). You have come to someones attention and they approve.....so far......now the pressure is on to not make any social mistakes so that they won't figure out you aren't who they thought you were.

That is my amateur psychology opinion anyway.
