change the percentage to a number by moving the decimal two place to the right or by dividing by 100. Then times the number that you want the percentage of. For example, 20% of 50. Change the percent - .2 * 50. The answer is 10.

Move the decimal two places to the left for the percentage number. (i.e. 150% = 1.50, 125%= 1.25, 112.5%= 1.125 etc.) Then multiply the two numbers together.

#1: 1.50*24 = 36
#8: 10.00*60 = 600

Keep in mind that 100% of some number is that same number. (i.e. 100% of 50 = 1.00* 50 = 50) So if you are asked to take a percentage greater than 100%, then the answer should naturally be bigger than your original number.

Take the percentage and convert it by dividing it by 100. For example in #1 (150% dividided by 100 equals 1.5). Now thake that number (1.5) and multiply it by the number that you are taking it out of (24). 1.5 x 24 = 36. Do that for all of them and you'll have your answers.
