I'm going to bet getting one for Christmas and what are the plus and negatives? what color and I do have a ? do u have to use Miscrosoft Zune Marketplace.

I agree with the previous answerer. They won't work with songs you have downloaded from Napster and Wal-Mart and some other places where you paid for the songs. I think that is bull, too. You paid for the song, you should be able to do with it what you want. You'll be stuck with songs from the Zune Marketplace and ones you've ripped from CDs as long as they're not protected by the artist. For that reason alone, I stick with iPods.

I would like it, except for its reliance on the proprietary Zune Marketplace. I believe you can add your own mp3s and wmas, as long as they don't have licenses. However, i know for a fact that it won't be compatible with Playsforsure stores, such as Napster and Walmart.com. I will never buy one.

Its hot way better than the ipod i cnat stand those things rip offs :)
