No, Bush is refusing to withdraw troops from Iraq.
There's only one reason why: no troops will be withdrawn until Dick Cheney has a rock-solid, ironclad arrangement in place to secure ALL of Iraq's OIL for the U.S. market.
If Bush really believes we'll be out of that country by 2009, WHY is the United States constructing the largest embassy in the world on a 104-acre site in downtown Baghdad overlooking the headquarters of the 'new' Iraqi puppet government installed by the Bush administration??
Because the U.S. will be in Iraq until every drop of OIL is sucked from that country's sands. That's why. -RKO-

The moment we pull out of Iraq, a genocide will take place. The people who want us to pull out, know this. It's what they want to have happen. It's ALWAYS what they are after. Just like in Vietnam. We were kicking their ***. They made us leave (actually went so far as to plot with the enemy over this....ask John Kerry). Soon afterward, the communists murdered millions of innocent people in cold blood. The same people who made that happen are trying for a similar outcome in Iraq. By, the same people, I don't mean the same type of people. I mean the same exact people.

He staying there because he doesn't want to admit he was wrong. He will look more foolish than he already does, that's also why he won't admit it is now an Iraqi civil war. What an idiot.
