hello,
okay are you an idiot????i have 2 daughters and neither one of their fathers got any type of visitation till i got the court papers in my hand.....now you have to go through dfs and get your child back.....but there is hope if you did not do an DNA test then your good they have to grant you custody until the DNA is proved....because your a woman and the men have no clue on who was between your legs.....but you could also get him for parental kidnapping....and denying you the right to see your child....please lady use your brain if not for your self for your sons sake....i would have never let my children leave with out me......that is just crazy the way fathers think that they can handle baby all by them selves yea right....but go to the county that you live in and tell them what has happened and they can help you get your son ....they have to prove the father before he can see the child and that saves you the heart ache....also once you have the child in your custody do not i repeat do not let him see or talk to you until the courts say so and get a good attorney due to the courts can say that you abandoned your child to the father...i live in Missouri and they are a mother state and the mother has to leave her child in order for the father to get custody of the child....good luck

You don't want to call police but in the same paragraph you state your ex is completely messed up on drugs? I wouldn't want my child around something like that. He is not on the birth certificate. That is called kidnapping. Call the police and get some action going right away. You can arrange all the visitation schedules later on whether it be through the courts or not, but don't let your son down right now. The first 4 years of his life are crucial to his learning and I strongly encourage you to take action immediately. Praying =)

Your ex has illegal custody here. If he is in another state then he is guilty of a federal crime, kidnapping across state lines to avoid prosecution. If he is not on your sons birth certificate for whatever reason, he has no right to have him. Contact your police dept before he disappears where you cant find him. If this guy is into drugs then this is a very dangerous situation for your son so waste no time contacting the police dept and whatever happens to your ex happens. Do it for the safety of your son period. Good luck

If you have tried to cooperate with this man, and he refuses to cooperate with you; than you should definitely call the police....and do not hesitate doing it either. Once the police retain your child, then you can make quite clear to him that he can see his son, but only in your company otherwise he will not see the child, and you will take him to court and claim full custody of him. Matter of fact, make sure he realizes how serious you are with getting your child back.

Call the police on him, cause he obviously does not want to be an Adult about the situation.

he's not even on the birth certificate...next time he lets you see your son...try to get him alone...in the car...away from the psycho ex...and...keep him...HE CANNOT LEGALLY KEEP YOU FROM YOUR SON...especially if he's not on the birth certificate....if he goes bonkers then call the police...then settle it out in court...but DON'T give your son back until you have a LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT...if he comes...then call the police...he'll have to pay around 500 bones for a paternity test though...if he's screwed up in the head from drugs the balls in your court...i'd be hesitant to even give him supervised visitation...

or just take the police over there and get him...tell them the story...either way you're gonna need to get THE LAW involved....

If your ex-boyfriend is messed up from drugs, he shouldn't have your son at all. You need to protect your son. Call the police, and get a lawyer.
