None of them, go to a supermarket and hit the produce aisle. Grab a couple of fruits, some juice, and check out the deli for some fresh lowfat ready made sandwiches. If you must hit a fast food joint, go to taco bell and get a bean burito and cup of water. It's cheap and the least of the unhealthy fast food meals.

any one that suits your fancy. or you can try the supermarket/minimarket where you can grab a pack of whole wheat sliced bread, an ounce of cheese/ham...lettuce tomatoes onions. then go home and prepare yourself a healthy and hearty sandwich.
