What level is a RuneScape Noob?

Question

In your opinion, what combat level is a runescape noob? What total level? Please give some reasons to suppor your opinions.

Please don't say, "As long as someone is higher level than you, you're still a noob." Please give your opinion on this (a specific cb and total lvl range)

RuneScape noobs can really be any level, because I consider any user who does not know stuff about RuneScape that I feel everyonee should know (mainly the rules--that's a warning to all those account buyers here--).

However, for a noob as in newbie, I feel that a user is a newbie until they are at the following levels

Level 10 Attack and Defense (To wield Steel)
Level 10 Prayer (Just do the Restless Ghost quest)
Level 15 Mining (to mine Iron)
Level 15 Smithing (to smith Iron)
Level 10 Fishing
Level 15 Woodcutting and Firemaking (Oaks)
Level 10 Cooking
About Level 8 Crafting (for gold amulets)

Basically, they need to pass
Combat - 15
Total Level - 150

(Just for the record, here is mine in a nutshell

Combat - 72
Total Level - 860
12 Level 50+ skills (7 at 60+ and one level 70))

Also, mattman, I'm wondering whether or not you actually play the game, because anyone knows that new users start at level 3.

Noob is generally an insulting term for someone who's bad at the game and/or not willing to learn. Noobs are the players that have to buy gold or use cheat bots to play the game because they can't level any other way. Noobs are the ones standing about the Grand Exchange begging for gold. Noobs are the ones in the clan chats spamming nonsense and just generally being irritating to others. If you are level 65 then that's considered low level for members. If you're low level because you just aren't good enough to reach a higher level then you might be a noob. If you're low level because you're new to the game and you're working your way up the ladder then just ignore the jerks that call you a noob and keep leveling and getting better. It doesn't matter what lvl you are or how much money you have. If you're lvl 130 with 50 million in the bank, some jerk will call you a noob because you're not lvl 138 like him.

your combat lvl has to be under 35 to be called a noob but your over all skills have to be over lvl 60 to not be noobish

any level thats lower than somebody because your not at that level (i'm level 48 and i'm a noob).
