360 is has by far the best specs out of the 3 and you can go to any store and say "Hey, I want a 360" and you get it. No problems. Other systems require luck and the PS3/Wii are really buggy right now. Get the 360 and wait until the PS3/Wii have most of the bugs fixed.

Well the answer is not a clear one....but consider a few things:
The Xbox 360 has been out for a year now...but then its killer app( gears of war) took an entire year to arrive...for the entire year ts been trying to convince gamers with mediocre games and buggy overheating systems. Howvever you can find them anywhere.
Sony seems confused and a little worried right now actually. Thier first showing of the PS3 carried a disasterous controller concept that sent them back to the drawing board. The system is just a full computer not a gaming system fulled with a ton of unnecessary components that most casual gamers will never use and are following the same error that made persons so annoyed with the 360, their two system nonsense. Also there is the little known fact that Sony losses over $500.00 for each system that they sell.Their final controller seemed to be a sad attempt at the nintendo's wiimote. The biggest thing though is the overall difficulty to produce and as a result distribute the system.(look it up).
Killer App: TBA(may be Resistance)
Nintendo's gamecube barely kept themselves alive because they tried to follow the competition however they did survive based on their own first party support (this alone says alot). Enter the wii....a system that is not as graphically intensive. Infact the graphics can be quite muddy if the developers get lazy. It only runs at a GCN 1.5 level ,but then RE4 is enough of an indicatioin of what even the GCN can do. But then we are left with some of the most innovative gameplay since the analogue stick....blah blah blah (its awesome).
Killer App: Zelda: TP
This is just the tip of the iceberg, read up some on each console with an open mind and decide. But Im taking my money and buying a Wii...if I can find one.

They all look impressive, but the 360 is the past. I have a feeling both the Wii and the PS3 will move on a hell of a lot further than the 360. Between the PS3 and the Wii though... now that's tough. I'd say the PS3, purely going on remembering the difference between the PS1 and the PS2 and their reputation for pushing the gaming boundaries. PS3 i reckon, but i'm not writing off the Wii... it'll still be a good console.

Go for the Wii. The 360 has to many configurations and the PS3 cost too much. Games for both systems will also cost a lot. The Wii is more fun to play since you are actually getting into the game(not literally of course)

this question is asked alot I would either get a Ps3, or a Wii. I,ve tried the Wii at Wal-Mart and the motion sesing works really well, it is pretty fun(and affordable). The Ps3 is another good choice because of the blu-ray, and the graphics(not to mention that sony has been leading in that area) blu-ray players are also like 1000 bucks so the ps3 sounds reasonable for someone who wants blu-ray. The Wii will be WAY easier to get before Christmas though.
Good luck!

I hate how now everyone thinks the 360 sucks. Ive played all 3 and I personally like it the best. Its affordable, easy to get, great graphics, great games, all that good stuff. Wii is good for playing with family and friends, and Ps3 and 360 are both good for playing by yourself, and with friends. It really depends on what your going to use it for.

laptop. build a quad middle, 4 gig Ram, with a 6770 or 550 for around $six hundred-$seven hundred then you definitely can play laptop video games. Gamecube and Wii video games with the Dolphin Emu. you are able to play PS1 and PS2 video games with epsxe1&2 Play any game for the old structures, GB, NES, Atari, MAME, etc, etc.. DS video games too. certainly the only video games you are able to no longer play on laptop are, xbox1 xbox360, psp, and ps3. and that i've got a CFW psp for the psp, and a supercard dstwo for my DS. PS3 HAS NO GAEMS maximum the solid 360 video games are on laptop too, so particularly i'm no longer lacking something plenty, and that i nonetheless have much extra video games then I even have time to play lol, I also have a million 1TB rigidity finished, and that i'm beginning on the 2d. in case you do no longer desire a pc, get a 360.

its hard, but I would say get a wii. The controller is unique, cheap, plus nintendo always had good party games. Yes ps3 and wii are buggy right now, but you can download updates online so it wont really matter if you get it now or not.

i say wait and get a ps3 once they work all the flaws out. The wii is also experiencing some major problems. The 360's been out over a year so they've worked the bugs out of it, but in the long run PS3 WILL OWN the next-gen system war
