My kids school will allow Native American religious beliefs in the school play, and Kwanza, and Muslim but wont allow the mention of Jesus birth or anything even eluding to the true meaning of Christmas. Even the word has Christ in it. I understand this "offends" some people's rights but what about the rights of Christians? It "offends" me that my Christian daughter cant even celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ at her school but Mohammed and The Great Spirit can be by others because its their cultural right to do so. This is crap. We are European and my family have been Christians for 1000 years. What about our cultural heritage?

We have the same problem here in Australia. I find the answer is simple. Go ahead and do it. And to hell with whoever is offended. They need desperately to get a life.

Time to find another school. Or better still, sue the school for them allowing any religion in, violation of seperation of church and state. Who knows, the uproar and legal bills could bankrupt them.

I could care less about Christian beliefs, but the fact that Christian beliefs fall mainly on whites, the schools will ban them, whites can't have the same rights as minorities.

You should seriously complain that you are offended and feel discriminated against. It is complete crap to allow one religion (or several) and not the MAIN religion. I completely agree with you... please raise the biggest stink you can!!!
