I've made a written exam to join a non governmental organization.. I've set many hopes on this job already, and I feel very stressed now after the exam's over.. they'll tell us the results in March, and I keep wondering: will I pass? will I succeed? Will I get the job? What shall I do to get rid of this stress?

Don't make yourself a wreck between now and March. The results are out of your hands and no amount of worry on your part will change the outcome. Ask yourself this question: What's the worst thing that can happen? Answer: I might have failed. Develop a Plan B in your mind, in the unlikely event that you didn't pass. Then, if you haven't passed, you have something to fall back on. If you have passed, you can happily set aside Plan B and join the organization you're hoping for. All the best to you. Remember: Never a door closes but another one opens!
