i asked my neighbpr but got nervous and ran. so how should i talk to her. (her cell is broken and im affraid to nock on the door)(also i dont wanna call her home phone)

Does sher have msn...that might help? Play it cool. Find some "excuse" to talk to her. You'll never know if you don't try. What is the worst thing that could happen? If she's really all that then she'll be nice I'm sure. Maybe find a friend that knows her and get to talk to her in a group or something...just to help break the ice. Listen to what the rest of the people said too.

If you dont want to call her nor knock at her door. Then how possibly on earth can you have any contact with her. You need to get over your fears babe. Why don't you wait till she comes out of her house and act as if your coming out at the same time and casually say hi and then approach her and ask her how she is doing. If that goes well ask her if she wants to get something to eat. DO IT! Why be afraid she is another human being just like you. Nothing more, nothing less.

Well, either wait till she goes outside, unless you go to school with her and in that case talk to her there. If you don't want to call her, knocking on her door would work if you just said like "Do you want to play _____" or something she likes to do, kinda like a date without saying it and plenty of time to talk.
