My daughter has been disabled her entire life. she does not drive but the automobile would be used to make appointments and expericence life .

No.....you can purchase one using her checks though

No, social security just pays you a benefit check. What you choose to spend it on depends on you but they won't buy you a car just because you are disabled. Check with smaller, local charities in your area; you may be able to find someone willing to help your daughter out with a car but it's not the most common thing.
