Where is the best shelter in San Diego,Im stranded,?

Im not a drunk,not on drugs,just misfortunate,where do I go,What time, how do I get in,and how long could I stay?I really need a ride back home to San Francisco

Was going to be sarcastic and say the zoo, but I won't. Try the YMCA, or go to or call City Hall, health/welfare orgs, police, even the red cross for advice.
