His charm and charisma allow him to woo even his staunchest critics. He also has an articulate grace when speaking that crosses genders and cultures. He is brilliant and knowledgeable, just a bit weak morally.

He was a tough leader, master of deception, and always had others do his dirty work.......

no one seems to remember the guy that was going to testify against him and Himary was found in the crashed plane with a bullet in the back of his head just in case the crash didn't kill him(with other people in it) ...that's fricken nuts to re-elect someone after something like that.

he was laid back,calm,relaxed, and had nothing to prove...he was in to getting his pleasure and the country ran smooth
