oh gosh, last week a bum in San Francisco came up to me and tried selling me something and I just walked away cause he was drooling on me. it was sick. I think he got the hint, just wipe your face and they should get it. just don't say "say it don't spray it" that is so lame.

If it's someone who is constantly spitting loo-gees, you might want to pull him/her aside and say something discreetly. Maybe you could say something like, "It makes me uncomfortable when you do that."
If it's someone who just spits a lot when they talk, perhaps you could, again, be discreet and say something like "I need to talk to you about something that could cause you potential embarrassment".......then add your own words. I hope someone's answer helps.
