is this while you are composing an email (writing it yourself)

if it is, then retreiving lost messeages can sometimes be possible, and other times, maybe not! it depends how long you have spent on a page really- if you have spent tooo long on writing a message, then the page (web browser will time-out).

just try hitting the back button really. if there no luck, then in future try making a copy of the emailing before sending it, or compose it in a text editor on your PC before submitting it on your email website.

some of the email providers like gmail automatically make a draft of the email that you are typing. so check the drafts folder and see if you have it in there.
