Have you ever seen the movie called "coyte ugly"?
If not...you should watch it. The girl in it had "stage fright" and could not get up on stage and sing in front of all those people.
I will just let you watch the movie and you will see what I mean.
HINT: Try closing your eyes and imagining you are ALONE. Once you get started you should be ok to open your eyes. If this does not work...try a shot of jack. Good luck.

Your the bravest person when your on stage, for being on stage. When Im on stage I dont really care, if I make mistakes everyone just laughs and I am like "my bad" and its over. If you show confidence and you look comfortible people will go with it and feel proud of you. Feeling confident and comfortible will make stage fright go away usually, smile, good luck.

Take a couple of Zanax or Vicodin and you should be good, that is until you have to do it again and you don't have Zanax or Vicodin. I have a bit of stage fright and I am just going to have sex my girl in the parking lot before the big speach.

Try looking at your audience as though they were naked and you are the only one fully dressed. In doing so it will change your fear to laughter and soon you will build your confidence in the process. I had a great teacher once and I too had such a fear until I tried myself giving a presentation to a group of professionals and oddly enough it worked.
Best to ya,

It helps to be overprepared. Whatever you're doing- performing a song, reciting a speech, etc- know your material inside and out, upside and down. Be able to do it in your sleep, and be excited about it. Use your nervousness- all that adrenaline can be used to your advantage, if you stay calm and just take it all in.

You don't want to get over it..it's a good thing. I always find that if I am nervouse before I go on all that nervouse energy somehow turns into talent and I do great...if I am not nervouse before things never go as well.

Start by working with your friends and classmates, then work your way up. It really comes down to practice and becoming used to the process.
