Probably Charles XII of Sweden. The Great Northern between the two war lasted from 1600 to 1621 but the decisive Russian victory was the battle of Poltava in (I think) 1709 or 1710.

I don't know, but Peter the Great thought his son was his greatest enemy. So much so he had him executed.
