What program used Yello's "The Race" as it's theme tune?

Maybe it wasn't the main theme tune but it definately featured in some program! Any ideas?

It was when C4 covered the Tour de France and had their daily highlights programme.

Eurosport used it for Cycle Racing........Tour De France, Giro D'Italia etc....
