My bathroom was designed that way. My jaquzzi tub is wired for sound. So when I crank up the Jazz everyone knows don't dare knock on the door.

Not as an escape...but as a restful indulgance...soaking in the bath filled with essential oils and candles burning with the light out...ahhhh peace perfect peace!

It all started when I was very young. The door had a lock on it and my old man wasn't going to smash down the door just to beat the piss out of me.

Yes - because its warm (until the water goes cold), nice aromas (from the bubble bath) and really good acoustics for reading e.g. poetry or Beowulf! Really good in bath.... try it, þ just means 'th' as does ð funnily enough.

because you can lock the door... and no one can come in because you can say you are doing your business.
