is there any way to take off the updates from you ipod? I just realized it's sucking up my memory space and I can't fit all the songs I want to on it.

i don't think you can 'roll back' any updates, but there is a way i think from automatically updating your ipod with the new updates.

when you plug your ipod into your computer and launch itunes, there should be an option where you can turn off automatic updates.

Yes. Uncheck the tracks you don't want, and when you sync your iPod, they will be removed from your iPod's hard drive but remain in your iTunes library. Or, if you just want to get rid of them altogether, just delete them.
