It's something i'm wondering, i mean i'd never consider it but seriously my parents never shut up with the shouting and the vase throwing... yet for some reason they seem content with it all.

I can forge both parents signitures... could i not send off for the Divorce papers, fill them in myself and send 'em off again? I am so not intending to do this but it's a though isn't it? Can anyone tell me whether this has ever been done, or if this could ever work?!?!

you could get so far with it but then they both need to show up to court or have there lawyers do so then you would be stuck unless you got two of your mates to vouch for each party then i guess it would go ahead but then your parents would still be together wouldnt they? legally divorced but they dont know about it,hey how about next time they throw a vase to each other you grab one and throw it at both of them and say shut up i have had enough of your behaviour and walk out

Quite why you would want to do this is shocking. If the vase-throwing is true then maybe a marriage pchycologist is all they need. Divorce is a last resort and not to be laughed about. I am divorced and it has ruined my life. People like you make me sick

I filed the divorce papers for both my husband and myself - there is software to help you do this ... however, you most likely do not know their financial information and this is the bulk of the information that would be needed in the documents.

No, not on this planet. Signatures are matched, papers are sent to the other.... Hello...they'd know it, then you're up for fraud.... big sentence in prison

No, you cannot do this. It would not work and you could be liable for fraud. Do not even think about it.
