If it is a one-time thing, the poor dear may be ill. Be kind and offer sympathy and any medicinal help you can (pepto bismol, kaopectate, imodium). If this is a chronic problem and it bothers you, talk to him and suggest he not come over as often or at least not until he has taken care of his 'business' whenever possible.
