The best ozzy solo album is the one called Tribute. It is a live album with Randy Rhodes. It is so good. check it out!!

I would go with the popular opinion with this one: Blizzard of Ozz. It was his debut solo album, with the incomparable Randy Rhoads on lead guitar.
