Every city in India is good in some ways or other. Taking all plus and minus I suggest -
BANGALORE and
CHANDIGARH -
These two cities are beautiful and very good for living though it very negligibly costlier than other cities.-

The most beautiful city of India is Jaipur, That’s why it as known as the "Pink City". You can see here "Hawa Mahal", which is the most beautiful tourist place of Jaipur. It is definitely Banglore now called Bengalūru . It has good climate, well-behaved people, and clean atmosphere. It has lot of lovely gardens.
