What should I be looking for when buying a web-cam?

I want to buy one that does the basics, but isnt crappy.
I am on a tight budget.

Suggestions? Experiences? help.

I had a Logi-Tech that was pretty good once. I think it was around 30 US Dollars.

Logitech is a reliable brand...pretty much everything they've got "isnt crappy."
