yes you are right.. there are two sets of electrons

one electron per atom per bond
so for a double bond there are 4 electrons, triple bond 6 electrons.

I think you are right...each bond requires an electron from each element, so a double bond would involve four electrons.

Each bond is two electrons (always). In the structural formula this pair is shown with a line (so each line is a pair of shared electrons).
