For example, if I make a website called "science.com" and I write about Science in the website, can I change my website to "football.com" and remake the website about football? Without having to purchase it?

No you cannot.

You can create a football.science.com site, or a science.com/football site without having to purchase anything else, but you could not change the base domain from science.com to football.com

May be possible. Try with some web site providers...!PayPal is one of the most popular online money transfer systems widely used for online auctions, pay to surf programs, e-books and purchase of low value goods. It is now a part of the online auction website eBay. More details available at

Are you asking whether you can switch domain names freely? You cannot. You register them atleast on a yearly basis. (Some hosters go for longer deals at a lower right.) However, the next year you can register a new one instead of renewing the old one.
