Because radical forces and some of its leaders in these countries believe that it is the will of Alla to wipe out all who oppose, this does not include the majority of Muslims who are peace loving and are true to their religion.
Do you really truly believe in all honesty, hand on heart, no matter what your allegiance is, that weapons of this nature would be safe in the hands of such radicals, how long would it be before something of such horrific proportions took place on this planet, we are only one step away as it is, I feel that these are the most dangerous days in the history of the world, yes western and US policy have antagonized things, but at least we can kick out the leaders of these nations if we feel they are walking a far too dangerous line, the Arab countries and its leaders seem to be hell bent on one thing, wiping Israel off map, and given the means they WILL do it, Israel has had nukes for years now and could quite easily flatten the whole region, and please don't believe that I condone their actions because I don't.
The United nations needs to gear up, and drag all the leaders of these countries together including Israel and all radical groups, and beat the living crap out them until they agree on a truly peaceful solution ( If only it was that easy ).

Israel is an ally of the USA. They are just as unstable and nuts as any Arab nation if you ask me. It’s just that politics are mingled in with allowing them to have nukes. They also have not said whether or not they have them. Its just a thing that everyone knows. I also believe no nuclear weapons should be possessed by either the Arabs or the Israelites.

They helped build ours and kept a few for themselves. A few nut job arab leaders over the years always state if they had the capacity to wipe them off the face of the earth the would. So, maybe we shouldn't let them play with knives or nuclear bombs?
Additionally, the US completely backs Israel and anything that could harm them we simply don't allow. I personally consider it my duty as a US citizen to help protect them so I make sure people I vote for agree with me.

Only the countries that are aware that a nuclear winter would occur if these weapons were used should be allowed to have them. Iran and other countries would use these weapons without care and thus cannot be allowed to possess nuclear power.

It would be better if NO ONE had them, but Pandoras box has been opened.
Anyway, the Israelis have shown restraint and have demonstrated their commitment to use them only for defense.
The Arabs and Iranians have clearly indicated that they would use them Offensively to destroy Israel.
The Arabs and Iranians are not responsible world citizens and would pose a HUGE risk to Israel and a risk to ever other nation on earth, especially the US and Britain.
