They start at £300 for the mini mac, £550 for the e-mac and £700 for the i-mac. Then they go upwards from there the more spec you have xxx

a Mac Mini starts at $599
an iMac starts at 999
a Mac Pro starts at 2499
a Mac Book starts at 1099
and a Mac Book Pro starts at 1999

Cris gave you the basic prices, but you can't compare them directly with Windows PCs because OS X and the software they come with (iLife) add a lot of value that you can't get on a Windows system. To top it off, you can even run Windows and all of its software on Macs, so they can run more software than Windows boxes. They also tend to be better built than cheap PCs.
