Which of these Southern boom states do you prefer? Not prefer? Why?
I prefer: Texas. No place like it!
I don't like: Virginia. Might as well be New Jersey with all the rude people and congestion.

Nothing wrong with Tennessee, either, that's my second choice. NC and GA are alright, too. I just wouldn't do VA and FL.

only been to one.. Virginia.. nothing great... i guess i like Florida the best.. but it has to many hurricanes...

Obviously the only part of Virginia you've been near is off I95 near the beltway. There's a whole state just west of there that isn't so congested. Most of the rude ones there are transplants from Texas!
Personally I can't stand any of the states you mentioned, but for personal reasons. I would never make such sweeping gereralities as you have.
I'm a born and raised Chicagoan and Damned Proud of it!
We've got the best food, the best music, the best theatre, the best museums, the best neighborhoods, the best Universities, the best of EVERYTHING! There's always something to do, something to see, something to listen to...we have it all!

I lived in Texas for awhile and everything is bigger and better in Texas lol
NC and GA would be my next ,I do not like FL.
Tn is ok and so is Virginia

I Love Texas. I haven't spent enough time in any of the other states, to know very much about them.

Since I live in Tennessee, Tennessee. I love it I was born in R.I. and we moved down here when I was young and I agree with everybody else Florida is not all it's cracked up to be.

virginia. only cuz thats where ive been to the most. i havent been to any of the others (cept florida...but i was 6) do i cant really judge the others!
