I use the 'daylight' by Uplift technologies Inc and I adore it. I really feel the difference if i go even one day without it. But there are several other brands. I don't know if you have Shoppers Drug mart where you are, but they have Shoppers Drug Mart Homecare centers... they usually sell walkers, wheel-chairs and orthopedic beds etc, but they are the best place i've found to get your light.

My doc recommended full spectrum light bulbs of at least 150 watts. He said to put one in the lamp next to my bed, leave the lampshade off, and put it on a timer to go on at 530am. It doesn't wake me up, and it's really effective.
