It's been 6 weeks exactly since my last cycle, and I've been sexually active with the withdrawl method from the 4th to the 25th. I know it may be a possibility that I'm pregnant, and because of this I did a PT on the afternoon of the 26th that was negative. The only symptoms I've had are constipation about a week ago for no reason, light headed on and off, and fatigued. I have Candida so the light headedness and fatigue symptoms aren't unusual for me, but they did seem to increase. I've also had bloating, and a weird appetite where one day I'm not that hungry, and the next day I'm craving food all day. I've done a lot of research trying to figure this out, but I can't tell it a 42 day cycle is really unusual, or if I'm still in the clear. I know that every so often I have a cycle that lasts extra long, but I've never kept track of it, so I don't know when I should be due for one. So should I really worry yet, or is it normal to go this long? Should I go ahead take another test or wait?

I've also had some late night nausea on and off and a little during the days and blood sugar drops at night which haven't happened in a long time. Some different feelings in my lower stomach..not cramps but little pains, but that could also be because I've been thinking about this for a week now.

yeah it's true you may be pregnant. the withdrawal method isn't really that effective be cause there are sperm cells in pre-ejaculate or pre *** so just take a pregnancy test to be sure

It is possible that you two might have missed that she is pregnant. But not too likely. Have her take another test, in the morning (go for the digital) Whatever the answer, she should probably see a doc. If she is not prego the doc can figure out why her periods have been whacked out. And yes it is possible to be pregnant and still have some spotting, stay the same weight and not have any symptoms.

there are some question you need to ans. 1) are your periods regular?
2)Do you want to be pregnant? if yes dont bother so much . and dont treat youself to any medication visit a gynaec now.if NO get a preg color home pregnancy kit and get yourself tested.if if +ve go for an abortion before its too late. and use a condom next time dont take risks with your health.the symptoms you have spoken about happen even when you are stressed out or are close to getting yoir periods.

If your cycles are normally regular then u r probably pregnant. Any way a PT on day 26 will never show positivity, Please repeat by day 45 and confirm. An ultrasound exam also will be useful

I don't even know about a 42 day cycle...have you tried webmd or calling planned parenthood.....a pt won't tell you if you haven't had a period...and it won't tell you withinn 4 weeks either

Hello
There can be many reasons for absence of normal menstruation cycles.
First, please go in for a Gravendix Test--if it is Negative (-ve), then you are not in the family way.

If your aforesaid Test is negative, please consult a good Gynaecologist/Urologist in order to rule out infections and other complications.
God Bless

I do not think you are pregnant, I think that it is stress and it is throwing off your cycle
