Stay on the desert island with the most important person in the world to you, and let the scientist go. I say this because if this is the most important person to you then that is all you need to be ok and you 2 can just die together. And the world can have the cure for aids, and if the scientist is smart enough to find the cure for aids then he should be able to map out your location when he gets back.

I'd send the other two back.
If I really cared about the other person, I would want them to survive.
Also, the world really needs an AIDS cure right now, so that millions more will not die.
[Besides, when they get back, they can send help for me, or use the carpet to come back for me. Of course you can be rescued later, as proven by the carpet. So it's no big sacrifice for me to wait.]

desire to god there is rum! Heck i'd take pirates! it particularly is different from absolutely everyone knew of STD's decrease back then so a screw here a screw there. I mean, i'd be alive! i'd carry rope, knife, water holder of a few variety, candles, and that i assume shoes. confident. i'd take my opportunities. whats up now, you suggested i could carry 5 issues. I even have in my 5 issues a weapon. to boot i could merely lead them to from wood. large. Time to discover. T_T

When the cure to aids is discovered, another worse disease will come to take its place. God curses always fall upon the people who choose to do disobey Him and follow wickedness. Sexual diseases are some of the curses He sends.

at first, i thought, i'd send both of them back, and stay myself. then i thought, if the scientist is to soon find the cure for aids, then maybe he'll find the cure on the island. So, I'd leave the scientist, with my cell phone, and tell him to call when he figured it out. :P hehehe.... then i'd go back for him.

The most important person to me - I can then send the location of the island to the Navy - I don't believe in such no win situations - leave it to the movies.

I would go with my significant other if there was no way for them to get back to me. It would tear them apart to leave me on the island alone and I couldn't do that to them.
