No. The Simpsons are static, in that they never get old and never die (apart from Maude Flanders, Snowball I, Frank Grimes, Frank Grimes Junior, and Bleeding Gums Murphy).

They had an episode set in the future where Maggie was a teenager.. however she went to open her mouth and speak and was told to keep her mouth closed when chewing!! So I doubt they will ever have her say anything.. kind of like a running joke.

She actually did talk this season of the Simpsons. I think Jodie Foster was her voice. She was a baby put in daycare and she was so creative that she made famous buildings out of building blocks. Then the daycare owner kept knocking down her blocks because he did not like her creativity and wanted her to be like everybody else. Then she was put on trial and she actually talked. Then she grew up and became an architect (I think) and she made a special place inside the buildings for babies who were very creative and did their own thing.

Their have been episodes of Maggie as a teenager.But she never talks in them so I don't think she'll ever be talking in them.
