I really like October Bethany Reed. It sounds amazingly strong-willed and free-spirited. She'll be a beautiful girl no matter what, though.

I adore the name Lorelai. I'm not so crazy about Deliliah. What about just Delilah? Saves a syllable and rolls of the tongue better.
Congratulations!! On both the baby and your upcoming marriage. You are young, but don't let anybody tell you that you can't make it work! My friend was in the same situation as you when she was 19. Everyone told her she and her now husband would never make it, but they've been together for 5 years now and are expecting their 2nd boy!

I like several of the names you have chosen, just not together. Lorelai, Delilah, Iris and Celcilia are all lovely. Why not pick one and pair it with a more classic middle name.

They are all really nice names. If you are trying to narrow your list down, I might get rid of Lorelai Deliliah, those names together might get jumbled.
