Here's a list of all 6 eggs in world 5 which comes straight out of the strategy guide for the game..

World 5-1: First Egg -- In the large cavern with the waterfalls, head right and pluck the second plant from the left to get a Magic Potion. Carry the Magic Potion past the waterfall you cross by jumping onto the Trouters, and drop it on the second platform to the right to get the Yoshi Egg.

World 5-1: Second Egg -- At the waterfall cavern's right end, leap up to land on the rock wall above the top of the screen, and move right to fall down the first of two tunnels blocked by Mushroom Blocks. Pluck the Mushroom Block to fall to the floor, then pluck the leftmost plant on the floor to get a Magic Potion. Drop the Magic Potion underneath the gap you just opened, and the Yoshi Egg will fall down the game and onto the ground.

World 5-2: First Egg -- Enter the first pipe you come to and pluck the right plant at the bottem to get a Magic Potion. To get to the Yoshi Egg, bring the Magic Potion with you out of the pipe and drop it when you reach the four narrow platforms or use the Magic Potion under the Panser.

World 5-2: Second Egg -- Once you climb into the clouds, head up until you see the two Snifits on either side of the screen. Pluck the plant underneath the right Snifit to get the Magic Potion, and ride a Hoopster all the way to the top of the clouds. The Yoshi Egg appears when you drop the Magic Potion on the cloud platform with the door.

World 5-3: First Egg -- After climbing the ladder from the start point, pluck the plant on the immediate right of the top ladder, and head right past the Albatosses and Bob-Ombs until you reach the first T-shaped log platform. Drop the Magic Potion the platform's right to get the Yoshi Egg.

World 5-3: Second Egg -- In the subterranean cavern, lift the Mushroom Block off the Bob-Omb Generator and the Bob-Ombs to the stone wall near the ladder to blow it up. Jump down to the lower platform and pluck the first plant to get a Magic Potion. Then, to get the Yoshi Egg, drop the Magic Potion on the small grassy platform of the lower level.
