The chicken nuggets because they are fried. The burgers are mostly soy! But to gain weight you want to eat things that give you muscle gain and not fat gain. Drink Ensure along with regular meals of nutritious food.

If you want fat, eat a Big Mac, super size fries, chocolate shake and finish with a apple turnover. Good luck, but if you want to gain weight healthy, see a nutritionist. Working out also is good for the appetite, and you don't have to eat fast junk food.

While cutting out "junk food" can help people lose weight, eating lots of junk food is not the best way to gain weight, because you need to get balanced nutrition, or you could end up fat, but with malnutrition.

Eat healthier than that and drink Ensure a couple times a day. Why clog your veins just to gain weight?
