What a motly crew... if the Devil cast his net!
Well here goes....
Arnie 2 - terrible actor and worse politician
vin diesel 3 - what a waste of video tape
cage 6 - actually not too bad in a couple of movies
willis 7 - whatever you think of him 6th sense was ok
travolta 9 - some real stinkers... but Phenomenon was ace
stallone 3 - though some love Rambo and Rocky????
eastwood 2 - cowboys were great downhill since the ape thing
hackman 8 - French Connection and Tennenbaums top drawer
de niro 8 - All round ability with the habit of woodeness also
wayne 5 - overrated

Right, here goes (all of a sudden I feel like Chris Tarrant for some weird reason)
Arnie - DEFINITE zero - I've known bricks with more life in them!! He was in some good movies but you did ask about 'acting skills' :)
Vin Diesel - haven't really seen too many of his moveis so will be graceful and give him a 3
Cage - he' s alright, not the best but passable - a 5 or possibly a 6
Willis - I know he's definitely not an oscar-winning actor but I do love him, anyone who's seen the Die Hard movies just has to, plus he did do The Sixth Sense and Pulp Fiction, and he was in a really sweet romantic movie with Michelle Pfeiffer, perhaps a 7?
Travolta- yuck! I give him a ZERO - can't stand the bloke
Stallone- double yuck - he probably goes into the negative - a minus 5 in my book. He's not an actor.
Eastwood - highly overrated as an actor, though he has directed and acted in some BRILLIANT movies - oh well, I suppose he should get atleast a 5
Hackman is alright, maybe a 6?
De Niro is good ,but not as good as the Americans seem to think he is, after a while he sort of seems to be the same in all of his movies, possibly a 7(as you can see I'm very strict!!!)
Wayne - he was alright, though he never reeally did branch out did he, perhaps a 5 again
Just for the record (even though you didn't ask!!) probably Russell Crowe would come near a ten - and I didn't even like Gladiator the first time I watched it!!! Daniel Craig is probably one of the better actors around as well, surprisingly (I don't want to watch the new Bond movie and burst that bubble now!) and I suppose Jude Law as well - Road to Perdition was simply fantastic.

so bad after all..
So what about Tom Hanks? He has tto be included in any list of best male actor. I've never seen him put a foot wrong, and he has performed naturally in a wide variety of roles...The Man With The One Red Shoe, Apollo 13, Big, The Lady Killers, Philadelphia, Saving Private Ryan, Forest Gump, etc, etc. I admit I haven't seen every film he's been in, but I would say he deserves a full ten out of ten.

Arnie - 5 - some ok but most a bit on the dodge side
Vin-Diesel - 7 - should stick to adult films but generally a good watch.
Cage - 8 - Face Off say no more
Willis - 8 - alround great
Travolta - 8 - Face Off/Phenomenon
Stallone - 7 - Rocky was a great
Eastwood - 7 - Some good Some bad Some ugly
Hackman - 8 - don't mess if hes on a sub
DeNiro - 10 - only great best being Mission
Wayne - errrrrrr - waynes world was great.

Vin Diesel- 4/10 (cute but not much else)
Cage 7/10 (finally an actor!)
Willis- 5/10 (not great)
Travolta- 6/10 (apart from Grease...)
Stallone- 5/10 (Rocky is a classic)
Eastwood-10/10 (Legend and fantastic director)

Arnie 10...he's da man! He's had so many blockbuster movies he must be good!
Vin Diesel...10, just for his performance in the boiler room alone.
Cage...10, good all around actor
Willis... 10, great all around actor!!
Travolta 9, good actor, but had some dodgy character roles in films.
Stallone 8, he's good, can't always understand him though.
Eastwood 10...the good the bad and the ugly...need I say more!
Hackman 10...yeah he's good
De Niro 10/10...if I could give more points I would!
Wayne 7...can't really comment, not much of a fan...

De Niro - Hackman are the only actual actors on your list, the other play the same part time and time again - although I do like Eastwood he makes a good film.
